Mother India, Life Through The Eyes of an Orphan comes out in DVD tomorrow, April 23rd and is well worth seeing. The film tells the story of 25 abandoned, homeless children -- orphans -- living on the cut-throat streets of India. This is their story of survival. It is a sad story -- all the more sad because these children's story is shared by 31 million orphans in India. But there is hope.

The film, Mother India, encourages viewers to make a difference and partner with ministries working with orphans in India. Orphans First is one such ministry and has 3 children's homes in India. The pictures above , with the exception of the picture of the movie's cover, are of children in Grace Home & Covenant Home -- 2 Orphans First children's homes.
