Yes, I’m back from Africa. And I’m alive! (I guess you figured that unless you thought I’m an imposter of me). I have lots of stories to tell you about Africa so please check back in a few days. But for today, since it’s time for our featured CSFF blogtour, I’ll add a short blurb in hopes that good Christian literature will grab more attention everywhere.

This month, the CSFF is featuring Karen Hancock’s Return of the Guardian-King : http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/asin/0764227971

Although I have not read this book—hey, who can read when they’re crying so much?! (You should see those street children in Africa and see if you cry)—I know my fellow bloggers have, and they’ve written wonderful reviews so please visit some of their blogs:

Thanks for the intro!! When your eyes dry out, pick it up. But keep the tissues handy. ;-)

Thanks Becky. But the big question is: Will my eyes ever dry out? Probably not...

Well, that previous comment was from Rebecca Grabil, Janey.

I know what you mean about the eyes not drying out. Once you see the way others live, it changes you, changes your worldview.

But Karen Hancock's books do that too, is a reader lets them.

I guess it is really God using it all that brings that shift in our thinking.

Glad you're back safely, Janey.

Welcome home, Janey! May God help you grieve well and also give you great joy. I think sharing in His suffering by the things you do is one of the deepest gifts of friendship one can give to the Lord.

BTW,I'm trying to figure out why you couldn't get into the comments on my blog. It's set up just like yours where you just click on the comments--unless you were on my website, not my blog. I have both. This link will take you to my blog, which is GraceReign. My website is http://www.soulscents.us

Third-world nations can be overwhelming. Glad you lived to tell the tale and do the blog-tour thing!
